IDenta to support UK’s explosive ordnance disposal initiatives

Israel-based drug & explosives detection company IDenta has secured contract from the UK Government to support the explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) initiatives across the nation.

Under the terms of deal, the company will provide explosive detectors and drug detectors for UK Fire and Rescue departments.

The company is planning to expand its services across all the local Fire and Rescue departments in the UK, totalling 73.

The deal marks the first contract awarded by the UK Home Land Security department to the company.

The company expects to strike similar successful deals with other Home Land Security departments in UK, such as the Police.

In January, IDenta secured a contract from the Royal Thai Police (RTP) to support its explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) initiatives.

Under the terms of the contract, the company will provide the law enforcement agency with approximately 6000 explosive detectors that will enhance the threat detecting capabilities of the Southeast Asian country.

Since its establishment in 2002, IDenta has been developing on-site drug, drug precursor and explosive detection kits.

IDenta’s line of products includes drug precursor, explosive detection kits and explosive detectors aimed at helping law enforcement agencies in combating terrorism and preventing illegal drug trades.

The company manufactures a range of products to help combat the problem of the distribution of illicit drugs and the dangerous use of explosives in the fight against terrorism.
