Noblis to provide support services to US DHS Science and Technology Directorate

Noblis, a provider of science, technology, and strategy services, has received the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) contract.

Under the contract, Noblis will provide science, technology, and engineering services to DHS Science and Technology Directorate
Noblis president and CEO Amr ElSawy said the company will work with the DHS S&T to provide science and technology solutions to help strengthen America’s security and resiliency.

Noblis team coordinator Diana Fossett said, "Team Noblis’ bench of highly capable and respected DHS domain and subject matter experts excel in cyber, explosives, chem/bio, and other areas that are critical to DHS S&T’s mission."

The company will also provide services in systems engineering, concept development, test and evaluation, life cycle management, integrated logistics support and training, and emergency and incident response services, as well as other disciplines.

Noblis National Security and Intelligence vice president Drew Cohen said, "DHS S&T has a driving need to provide innovative and effective S&T empowered solutions to DHS Components and First Responders."

The contract has a ceiling value of $236m and has five-year period of performance.
